The origins of Parmesan
Restaurant Parmesan is a business created by real Italians more than 48 years ago. Luigi (known to all) has passed on to us over all these years his passion for catering and Italian customs such as: La dolce Vita, roasted chestnuts in autumn, our traditional balsamic vinegar, our famous homemade prosciutto and several other well-kept secrets. Over the years, Luigi has amassed more than 4000 bottles which are displayed throughout this museum that is Parmesan. It is with great enthusiasm that I undertake this new association and my 25 years of experience only strengthen my love of this profession.
