The name Barils & Ardoises is inspired by the friendly and authentic spirit that reigns in our restaurant in Prévost.The barrel evokes Quebec's brewing tradition and the passion for fine draft beers: here, we celebrate discovery and sharing around 20 lines of local beers. The blackboard, meanwhile, symbolizes the creativity of our bistronomic cuisine: our menu evolves based on fresh market produce and is written daily on the blackboard, like an invitation to novelty and indulgence.​​​​​Choosing "Barils & Ardoises" means choosing an experience where the quality of the beers, privately imported wines, and homemade dishes meet the pleasure of sharing good times in a warm atmosphere.
